They don't have qualified personnel. There was a severe lack of communication. My car was there for a week and I was never offered a rental car through the recall program. My bill was never discussed with me but I was charged fo My car was there for a week and I was never offered a rental car through the recall program. My bill was never discussed with me but I was charged for diagnostics when the result of the service was a recall repair. I got my car back and there is a burning rubber smell and smoke coming from the engine when I drive my car. I do not trust Owatonna Ford to fix this issue, so I will be taking it to a different dealership to get it fixed. This is the second time I have had my car serviced at Owatonna Ford, and it is the second time I have needed a different dealership to fix my vehicle after the service. More
