Oil change was done in a timely manner just wish that they would go through the process each time the same. When they get in a hurry and know the vehicle will be back in 3,000 miles sometimes things don' they would go through the process each time the same. Wish they would actually check out the vehicle. Used to check tire pressure. They didn't I had to ask them to put air in a tire I knew was low even though the tire light wasn't on. I just figured if you bring it in they used to check this stuff without being asked. I know some of the guys are new but wish they would have a list of stuff they have to check. Not just walk around and give me tire tread measurements., but actually look at the vehicle like they used to. I get my oils changed here every 3,000 miles I noticed that it has been a change of faces with only some the same. I might just have to ask for that now when going forward. Then just saying oil change now. I still wouldn't take my vehicles to any other place in town and the guys are always friendly so will be back. More
