Oxendale GMC is an excellent dealership to have your work done on your Chevy and GMC. I needed to have my transfer case replaced. My warranty company took 5 weeks to get an inspector out to look at it only done on your Chevy and GMC. I needed to have my transfer case replaced. My warranty company took 5 weeks to get an inspector out to look at it only to be denied. I was able to pre-order the part so when the time came it would be there. They one we needed our vehicle and worked it in quickly and the repair was made before Christmas. Great Christmas present 🎁. I recommend Oxendale GMC for all your needs. I am positive you will have excellent service. What ever you do, do NOT buy a warranty from American Dream Auto Warranty. They will do everything to deny it More

Brought in my older GMC to hopefully help troubleshoot a difficult electrical issue. Was a clear as could be in my explanation of problem as well as what was expected and yet "miscommunication" and what w difficult electrical issue. Was a clear as could be in my explanation of problem as well as what was expected and yet "miscommunication" and what was asked for didn't happen. Wasted two full days and no better off than when I dropped it off despite making an appointment WELL in advance. So after 2.5 days at this dealership they managed SIX hours of actual work. Six. Not 2.5 days of service work - six hours. Unbelievable. Stopped by midway through third day, truck wasn't in a service bay, was sitting out in the parking lot. Was told "he was working on it" .....I suppose I don't understand how dealer service works - I assume that means your vehicle goes in and stays in until they find out what it needs. Nope. It means we work on your vehicle as we choose to work on it. Very unsatisfied. More

They did a great job for us. We were on vacation and had cooking issues when we started to go back home. We stopped in and they were able to get us in.
