My Review Of Pacifico Hyundai:

Andrew engaged us from the start of our visit, tailoring his guidance to our needs. He didn't pressure us. Instead, he asked what we had in mind, catering his questions & suggestions to help us accomplish our goal of choosing and leasing our vehicle. He took time to answer all of our questions and think through every possible scenario, so we could make the best decisions for our family, taking our future travels as well as our financials into consideration. He was reassuring and has a great sense if humor.

My Review Of Pacifico Hyundai:

I have been dealing with Pacifico dealership for years, and have always received excellent service when
I was purchasing a car of getting service performed on my cars. My husband and I have visited numerous Hyundai dealerships in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburban areas, even New Jersey, and none can compare to Pacifico. At Pacifico, I don't feel like the Sales Managers just trying to make a deal and not have my best in mind.
The Service Area employees are also excellent and extremely helpful. I listen when I'm waiting for my car
to be service, and everyone of them are nice to the customers. They even call you at home about service
for your car. That is really impressive. I have been a Hyundai customer for close to 20 years. I just
purchased a 2013 Santa Fe Sports Limited and my husband and I love it.

My Review Of Pacifico Hyundai:

When I walked into Pacifico, I was immediately greeted by Andrew who gave the most warming and friendliest greeting. I came to the dealership a little unsure of getting a car but Andrew sat me down and talked to me about the options I had considering my age and my budget. Andrew went above and beyond for me and by the end of it all I had bought a great car because of the outstanding patience, informative communication, and the genuine care he gave. I really appreciate everything Andrew did for me that day and I will recommend him to people I know who are looking for a great deal and great assistance. When I buy my next car years from now I will go straight to Andrew.

My Review Of Pacifico Hyundai:

This is my second time in 4 years at pacifico and I am from new jersey and refuse to use a jersey dealer. Pacifico should be the training center for all dealerships on how to treat a customer, how to streamline the process, and how to get a customer's needs met without going back and forth with sales managers negotiating payments. We went in expressed our needs and wants and they were able to meet all of them. Carl, Cynthia, and Andrew were amazing, informative, took the time to go over specifics in the vehicle. Most dealers I have been to keep you there for hours and you leave feeling annoyed, aggravated and paying way more than you wanted. That does not happen at Pacifico at all. Please everyone go there and experience for yourself the difference between Pacifico and other dealerships.

My Review Of Pacifico Hyundai:

Each visit to Pacifico has always proven to be satisfactory. The service manager Robert Rauch has always given outstanding customer service. Bob has taken the time to learn my name and knows exactly what vehicle I will bring in at my first service call. I would recommend Robert to anyone who is taking their car for service at Pacifico. In addition, Kerry Pacifico assisted me today. His attention enabled me to get to the necessary associate in order to receive my brake service rebate.
My hat's off to Mr. Rauh and to Mr. Kerry Pacifico.

My Review Of Pacifico Hyundai:

Andrew Michaels was very patient with me in purchasing my first car. He took the time to explain in detail both the car and the financing. He was friendly and direct. He explained the process, and made it a much less frightening experience, having never gone through the process in the past. He stayed in touch while I made my decision, but was not pushy at the same time. He put up with a lot during my purchasing experience, but yet remained calm, pleasant and respectful of my lack of knowledge. I felt as though I received a fair deal and would highly recommend him and the dealership to anyone. I am very pleased with my new 2013 Hyundai, Tucson

I researched the vehicle online and contacted Pacifico with the car I wanted and asked for an online quote. I received a quote and scheduled an appointment with Carl Madonna. Carl showed me the car, set up a test drive, worked with my budget, and I happily own a new 2013 Sky Blue Elantra. Carl has great customer service skills and is available for any questions. I recommend Carl and Pacifico Hyundai for your next car purchase.

My Review Of Pacifico Hyundai:

From the moment we walked in the door, Jason was there to greet us and made us feel welcomed. Jason was professional and friendly. He was very informative and I never felt pressured to make a decision. This helped me feel comfortable and I felt that I could trust his expertise. My finances are limited and Jason worked very hard with his manger to make this happen for me. I am very grateful. My parents were with me and they too were very impressed with Jason. Not only will we be recommending Pacifico Auto Group to our family and friends but also we will surely reccomend Jason. I love my 2013 Hyundai Elantra!
