I first met Cliff back in 2009-2010. At that time he was in the Hyundai service dept. The friendliest and most courteous service rep I have ever seen. I usually don't write testimonials but I would be remiss if I did not highlight the wonderful service at Pacifico Hyundai and the outstanding sales representative that they are fortunate to have, Jas remiss if I did not highlight the wonderful service at Pacifico Hyundai and the outstanding sales representative that they are fortunate to have, Jason Oquendo. Jason is one of the most customer driven, service oriented persons that I have met -- on top of everything, courteous, prompt, super attention to detail. I first met Jason when purchasing a car for my daughter via the USAA car purchase program. Pacifico Hyundai agreed to the price USAA proposed and Jason made the process painless. Unfortunately, only a few months thereafter, my daughter was hit at an intersection and the car was destroyed (fortunately she was unharmed -- the value of buying a good car!). Upon hearing the news, Jason swept into action, working with Cynthia Crum, to find her a replacement vehicle ... any not just any replacement vehicle - the same make, model and color. Jason drove all the way to Baltimore to bring the car back for her and had it ready and waiting when we arrived the next day. All in all - a super experience working with Jason and Pacifico Hyundai - I would highly recommend them. More

I initially did my research on-line and was assisted by Kyle Keehn; who was very informative and helpful with additional information and pricing. Thanks Kyle! Upon visiting Pacifico Mazda's Dealership, I was warmly greeted by Sales Manager; Brian Green--who was expecting me, thanks to Kyle--and he quickly arranged for sales associate; Jason Oquendo to assist me and my wife with our purchase. Thanks Brian! Jason was joined by new sales associate; Jodi Delia; (well, new to Pacifico, that is) and both were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. Jason brought the CX-9 around from the lot and together we all took a test drive. Needless to say, we all had a great time on the test-drive and loved the CX-9---Zoom Zoom! After the test drive, both Jason and Jodi patiently answered all of our questions and gave us a detailed description of the vehicle and its options. Satisfied that the CX-9 was right for us, my wife and I decided to purchase the vehicle. Thanks Jason & Jodi! We went back into the dealership and were presented with a fair price quote for the CX-9. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful with the "no-pressure" and "no-haggle" style of negotiations process utilized by the entire Pacifico team. So much so, that we accepted the offer and made the deal. The process was quick, too. Mainly, because everyone pitched in--from completing the paperwork, to detailing and fueling the vehicle, to delivering us our brand-new vehicle--everyone played a part...it was a team effort. Thanks Pacifico! I must add that everyone at Pacifico was wonderful and provided us with a wonderful car-buying experience.
