But once his manager Chris got involved it went downhill a bit. First Chris was rude and spoke very unprofessionally for his "role" once he thought no one could hear him. Then we were turned over to the business manager Carol who was okay until we declined any other "products." Then she acted like a 6 year old and huffed and puffed while we signed. Sorry to inconvenience you and make you do your job. I told Carl all 5's and he was but his "managers" could take some notes from him on how customers, buyers no less should be treated. More
