Two months ago my family and I started to look for either a new or used SUV. We went to the dealership that we bought our previous cars then we came to pacfico. The only issue we encountered was that after we made an appointment to see a specific car a second time, when we were hoping to purchase it, someone else at the dealership sent the car away to another dealer without Carl's knowledge. After we showed up and waited while the whole dealership was searched for a car that wasn't there, Carl didn't rest until they had the exact same model back at the dealership for us, keeping us updated with its location and expected arrival. The additional warranty and service perks were key in our decision to purchase from Pacifico after the higher fuel efficiency, lower base price, and longer warranty drew us to Hyundai in the first place.
