Two months ago my family and I started to look for either a new or used SUV. We went to the dealership that we bought our previous cars then we came to pacfico. We were very pleased with the quality of the cars and the service at Pacifico, Carl was polite and accommodating. The only issue we encountered was that after we made an appointment to see a specific car a second time, when we were hoping to purchase it, someone else at the dealership sent the car away to another dealer without Carl's knowledge. After we showed up and waited while the whole dealership was searched for a car that wasn't there, Carl didn't rest until they had the exact same model back at the dealership for us, keeping us updated with its location and expected arrival. The additional warranty and service perks were key in our decision to purchase from Pacifico after the higher fuel efficiency, lower base price, and longer warranty drew us to Hyundai in the first place. I was dealing with Andrew but when I brought the wife's car in he wasn't available. Another salesman Dwayne handled the trade in quote for me. At the end my wife showed up to sign a couple of papers and get a demonstration of her new Sonata. I got the full demonstration for my new Tucson and we both left happy with new vehicles.The financing is usually the worst part but when you work with someone like Brian Smith things go quickly and smoothly.
