Terrible experience and would never recommend them. My car is a brand new 2024 Corsair with severe ratting issues and front dash speaker issues and no reception, in a metro area. The Service Department has repeatedly tried to address the issues and yet same issues still come back with new ones. I have begged them to take it back and put me in any other car but a Lincoln. It is possible, but for 17k. With 2400 miles on it, basically brand new car, I have to pay 17k which is blatantly a statement of what the value of this car is, IMMEDIATE DEPRICIATION. Maybe because I am a woman and naive? I could not be more frustrated with this dealership and the owner. Go elsewhere and I would not buy a Lincoln. More

On Saturday Oct 21 I took delivery of a 2017 Mustang GT Premium. I thought the vehicle was priced right, I had seen the vehicle in late September. Due to waiting for an insurance settlement from an accident and a 2 week cruise, I did not take the vehicle home until yesterday. While driving the vehicle home I noticed a chip in the windshield, It was very difficult to notice as it is not in line of sight and was hard to see against a grey sky. Now this chip may have been repaired, something I was going to check. However, today while trying to find out more about the vehicle I found that it had been customized, something not disclosed by the salesperson Matt Segal. I thought the vehicle was priced right, now I found out maybe it was not a great price. I feel as if I have been bamboozled. I think I should have been informed of the custom things done to the vehicle. Has the vehicle gone through a tune, has the timing or a cam been changed? Who knows? I certainly do not. More
