My concern is quality of service. The inspection of the vehicle should be done. I should not have to ask if fluids topped off, all lights are in working order. I had to ask how you serviced the vehicle if the hood does not stay open, do you use a board to hold up. these are things that should be addressed when it is being service for the 40 points inspection, and I am paying for. I can go on, but it is repetitive. More

He provided me with the name of a towing company that they use and made an appointment to get the vehicles in.
