Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. They told me twice that they knew what the problem was. Then after replacing two different parts ( or at least that’s what they said they did) the problem still exists. So they said that they would have to contact Toyota to find out what they were supposed to do, they said that they tried a few other vehicles on their lot and they did it also. So they said that must be the way Toyota made them. That seems to be their answer for anything they can’t fix. So did they really replace two different parts, did they really call Toyota with the problem, who knows. I personally doubt it. I can’t stand a dealership that lies. They assured me that they had the problem the problem fixed the second time, same problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
