Highly recommend! I did not have an appointment but the service folks gladly worked me in. All routine maintenance was done throughly. I did not have an appointment but the service folks gladly worked me in. All routine maintenance was done throughly. More

Service dept repairs the wrong thing then charges more (inc diagnostic fee) to have it correctly fixed. 2022- my 06 tundra wouldn’t start. Seemed to be a security system issue. Pan City Toyota said it (inc diagnostic fee) to have it correctly fixed. 2022- my 06 tundra wouldn’t start. Seemed to be a security system issue. Pan City Toyota said it’s the starter and replaced for $550. Get in my truck and horn honks continuously but it starts.i pull the horn fuse. 2023 a year later. Still no horn but whatever. Truck won’t start. Same as original issue. Call dealer. Get snarky responses about why didn’t i bring it back in last year (I don’t want to keep flushing $$ down the toilet). This time the dealer.CORRECTLY diagnoses the issue. There is an aftermarket security system that needs removal. $750 later the security system is out but now it takes 1-7 attempts to get my starter to catch. Later 2023- truck stops working. Beeping. Appears as though starter is catching fire. Towed to dealer. Told my battery wiring was ruined when battery shifted due to not being properly secured. My fault. $380 later told its all good. Surprise! It’s not all good. Takes 1-7 times to start. About $1600 to get a security system removed and my truck barely starts on a 1 year old starter More
