I brought it in for a regular scheduled service and asked her to have the tech drive the car. He did and we found out there was an alignment problem and there was uneven wear on the tires (49000 miles). It was suggested to align all 4 wheels and replace tires, and the car now drives like new. Ms. Allnet provided excellent communication and clear explanations as to what was being done and updates. Very pleased, this BTW is my 5th CX-5 and the 3rd one bought from Paretti. More
