Making an appointment is a useless waste of everyone’s time. Arrived at my appointment time and watched them move my vehicle to the parking lot for 2 hours before they even started. Thought it was a rare occurrence but here I sit 9 HOURS AFTER DROPPING IT OFF TODAY and it is still not ready. I drove by 5 hours after I dropped it and it hadn’t been moved from where I left it. Why even have appointments? More
