My Review of Park Ave Acura:
We bought a 2010 Acura TSX from Dan Schapiro. He is a very good salesman; informative and low key. He gave us a test drive and we toured the lot to see what was in stock. We didn't expect to buy the car that day but Dan's initial price was attractive and our negotiation was straightfoward. The price of the new car was agreed before trade in was discussed.

I recently leased a new vehicle from Park Ave Acura in NJ. Sales person helping me out and arranging everything was Nick Martinez. Me and my husband are very satisfied with service provided and would highly recommend this dealership and especially Nick to everybody who is interested in Acura. My Review of Park Ave Acura:
I live in Michigan and found the car I wanted online. Needless to say, I was VERY nervous buying a car sight unseen and from a dealership 650 miles away from me! To top it off, it was just before the first snowstorm and I was driving the car home 650 miles. I dealt with Tony C. from my very first inquiry online, to which he responded immediately, and for every step of the way from there. Tony was so accommodating and considerate. He even drove us from the dealership to where we would get onto the highway so we wouldn't get lost! He even called the next day to see how our travels went. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend doing business with Tony C. again. Thank you!!

I was looking to trade my 2006 TSX for a bigger car. I was looking for about a month. I have been to many dealers and no one was more honest than Anthony Caroscio. He treated me right and gave me a great deal on my trade. He listened to what i wanted and suggested the TL type S 2007. Frankly i wasn't in the market for that type of car but the deal was right at my budget. I took my time and looked at the car they had. Mind you i came from Queens, N.Y. to see this car and it was everything he said it was. Thank You Anthony!! My car rocks!

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A CERTIFIED VECHILE FROM THEM WITH A BUMPER TO BUMPER EXTENDED WARRANTY & NOW THEY DON'T EVEN WANNA SERVICE MY VECHILE. THE SEVICE MANAGER TOLD ME WE DONT WANNA SERVICE YOUR VECHILE CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT I EVEN TRIED TO SPEAK TO THE ONE OF THE SALES MANAGERS ABOUT THE SITUATION PETE YOUNG INNOCENT YOUNG LOOKING GUY NOTHING INNOCENT ABOUT HIM DON'T LET HIM FOOL YOU. HE'S WAS NO HELP TOLD ME THERES NOTHING HE CAN OR WILL DO, THATS THE SEVICE MANAGERS DISCRETION TO WANNA SERVICE MY CAR OR NOT, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT & THESE GUYS ARE SELLING LUXURY CARS!!!. HE SURE DIDNT TELL ME THAT WHEN I WAS SPENDING THE 25K BUYING MY RL. I CURRENTLY HAVE MY CASE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BURUEA. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO TO PARK AVE ACURA. My Review of Park Ave Acura:
As a first time Acura buyer I have to say that this dealership is by far the best. I have never experienced such great service at any other dealer. My wife and I just pulled into the car lot and immediately after looking at the inventory a sales rep. by the name of VIctor Kaczynski approached us and asked if we needed help.

(Earlier that day)That saturday morning my wife and I went to 2 other dealers DCH Montclair Acura and Wayne Acura which I have to say are THE WORST DEALERS we were not greeted or even spoken to. After walking through there non impressive lot we decided that we were going somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. At this point we were even looking to purchase another make due to the disgust we experienced with these 2 dealers. I would never purchase a car from DCH Montclair Acura or Wayne Acura nor would I recommend them. As a matter of fact I highly believe that the makers of Acura investigate these 2 dealers as they will only give Acura a very bad name.

Thank god we decided to go to 1 other dealer Park Ave. Acura. As stated before this dealership is nothing short of excellence. Victor guided us through the entire purchasing process from when we walked in to the moment we walked out. Victor and James answered every question we had correct and in a timely manner (you would think that Victor is the founder of Acura due to his knowledge). He was quick with answers and no hesitation. Thank you Victor and James for going above and beyond you both have made this by far the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE we have ever had.

Thank you once again Park Ave Acura, Victor Kaczynski and James Lundy for making my wife and I very happy with our first Acura purchase...!!!

My Review of Park Ave Acura:
In January 2010 I purchased a used, low mileage 2009 Nissan Altima Hybrid from Park Ave Acura. I live in Northern Virginia and found this car listed in www.autotrader.com. (The Altima Hybrid is only sold in 8 norheastern and northwestern states and not in Virginia.) The price offered by the dealership was quite fair and made it cost-effective enough for me to purchase a train ticket to go to NJ to pick up the car and drive it back to Virginia. The salesman, Anthony Caroscio, was kind enough to pick me up at the downtown train depot and drive me to the dealership 20 minutes away. I was given prompt and courteous service by the entire staff there and the vehicle was clean and full of gas and I was on the road back home within one hour. The entire experience was everything one hopes and prays for when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership! I would (and may) purchase another vehicle in the future from Park Ave Acura!
