My wife and I purchased a new MDX from this dealership. We had the most positive experience dealing with professionals at Park Ave Acura. John (our sales agent) was kind, professional and very effective in closing the deal. We are very satisfied with his services; looking forward to continued relationship with this dealership.
John went an extra mile to present all options available to us so we could get the vehicle we really wanted. His manager was very detailed when providing us with step-by-step review of the financial part of the process leaving no room for misunderstanding.

Tony was the model of what a used car dealer should be. He listened to what types of models and price ranges were within my budget and did not try to force me into buying something I did not want or could not afford. He followed up with me via phone to schedule follow up appointments and fairly valued my trade in. I would strongly recomend him, and Park Ave Acura, to anyone.

My Review of Park Ave Acura:
I stopped by at park Ave Acura to first look at the certified MDX. On price negotiation I was not satisfied and wrote an email to them.
I recieved a quick reply and giving the logic that certified market is inflated and new MDX price is close to it with a nice finance rate of 1.9 -2.9.
Next day with an appointment I met Nick and was impressed with the way he took care of the business and convinced me of a good deal with no pressure at all.
I finalized the deal in 30 min time and were done.
I will definitely recommend anyone to approach nick for a great service and price.

My Review of Park Ave Acura:
The service dept at Park Ave Acura give new meaning to the term "customer service." The service advisors are, at all times, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and tuned to the customer's needs and time frame. As a regular customer (12 years) I make a point of dealing with Frank Balido, in particular, but have never had a problem with ANY service advisor.

In the repair shop, I HIGHLY recommend "Pat." Pat services my cars as if they were his own.

I was referred to this dealership by a friend of mine who got his 07 TL there. He referred me to Nick and told me he had a great experience dealing with him. He could not have been more accurate! The whole sales experience was smooth and stress free. It was great knowing that if I needed to communicate with Nick he was right there via email which is my best form of communication during the day. He worked quickly and efficiently with my insurance agent so that everything was all taken care of and I barely had to do a thing. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely refer friends/family to Park Ave Acura, more specifically, to Nick!

Everyone at the dealership was friendly. There was no hard sell, very congenial. I got my can quickly - all went smoothly. This was the pleasantest experience I've ever had buying a new car. The car interior was explained to me in detail, and offers were made to help me when I get a blue tooth phone.

My Review of Park Ave Acura:
This dealership was the 5th we had visited shopping around for new vehicle. They are not all the same that I know from our experience. We were greeted with a comfortable friendliness and professionalism. We were offered beverages. We didnt feel pressured during our time there,and left w/o making a purchase to go back 2 days later with our decision. Sales rep Dan Shapiro was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, and made the experience of buying a new vehicle(which can be nerve wracking) very comfortable, and exciting. He was all around fun and professional at the same time. The finance officer also was very informative, seemed knowledgeable and helpful. I would without question recommend this dealership to friends and family. I look forward to a long and pleasant relationship with Acura. This is our first Acura vehicle, hopefully not our last. I look forward to the Acura service center to be as pleasant an experience. Mr. Shapiro spent over an hour plus with us when we picked the car up to go over every inch of our new vehicle. We are very happy with our new car, and feel comfortable to call there whenever the need should arise. Going today to pick up my plates and have some questions. My Review of Park Ave Acura:
I went online looking for a pre-owned toyota tundra and found an 07 at park avenue acura. I spoke with Peter, he went over the vehicle and had my vehicle appraised. Very easy purchase process, filled out credit application and picked up the truck the next day. Highly recommend to any friend and family looking for an acura or a used car.
