I was impress with Dan's approach. He provided me with great deal information about luxury cars. He did not put any pressure on me to buy. I then went home verify his information and made my decission to buy a car.

My Review of Park Ave Acura:
I started my search with park ave Acura because it was closest to my house and because I was referred by my uncle to Dan. After going to a couple other dealers I ended up right back at park ave Acura. They offered me the best pricing no hidden fees straight to the point. Dan was very patient with me friendly yet professional. Will definitely bring my fiancé here for his Acura.

My Review of Park Ave Acura:
This was our first Acura purchase and had done extensive research on the MDX before stepping into a dealership. Nick was our point of contact and was a breath of fresh air to work with. He was very responsive, knowledgable and provided no pressure at all. We got EXACTLY what we were looking for in terms of the car and price! And a BIG thanks to Jorge - the financing process was a breeze. We were expecting to be wrapped up several hours, he got us in and out of there in less than a half hour -- LOVED it! Thank you Park Ave Acura for giving us a great team to make this a pleasurable experience!

Maurizio Ranieri is a real gentleman. I wanted to lease a TL and shopped at several dealers. He was by far the easyist to work with. No gimmicks, no balony. I feel I got the best deal and have a great dealership to work with. I would highly recommend Maurizio and Park Ave Acura.

My Review of Park Ave Acura:
Park Ave was a pleasure to work with - after a few unsuccessful journeys to other used car dealerships (where I came home needing a shower), Park Ave stands out above the rest. First, the internet price was great, they came in lower than everyone else online on autotrader.com or cars.com. Next, the customer service was fantastic. Nick did not seem like the typical car salesman, and you don't walk out asking yourself have I just been taken advantage of... Nick was calm, cool, and professional, and dealt well with the plethora of questions really well.

This is my 4th day driving the used car, but it is new to me, and it looks new to anyone I show it off to. It is obvious that the previous driver took great care of this vehicle, it's in immaculate condition. 5-10 people have already asked me is this a 2011 or 2012 (its a 2009 TL w/ 35K miles). This proves Park Ave means it when they say they only but the cars from their customers that treated the cars well and kept them in top condition.

I am the usual skeptical buyer, and always have cognitive dissonance when it comes to a large purchase. In this case, I am very happy that I stumbled upon Park Ave and am fortunate to have dealt with Nick. In the event I stick with an Acura, there is NO QUESTION I am coming back to NJ to deal with Nick Martinez. Tell him I sent you!

Paul Epstein was a pleasure to work with, he was patient, straight forward, and honest. I would recommend Paul to anyone considering an Acura, he really understands a customers automotive needs. Jorge Herrera was friendly and explained all of the paperwork very diligently in the finance office. I commend Park Ave Acura and thank you for a Great Deal! I love my car.

My Review of Park Ave Acura:
What a great buying experience! Great price, great people, treated respectfully, and as an intelligent human being, not some schlub off the street.

The store was very accommodating, and made it clear that they were not only interested in selling me an Acura, but were interested in making me a happy customer. And they did just that. The car was prepped properly, detailed, and Curt took as much time as I needed to review the features of the car with me.

From Curt in Sales to Tom in service and finally with James in finance, it was apparent that they were knowledgeable professionals, in the business for a long time, happy employees, and bent on making my experience at Park Ave a terrific one.

It is no wonder that Park Ave Acura is a high volume store, with repeat customers! All I can say is: Why didn't I come to you when I leased my first Acura, an MDX??? Please feel free to share my comments with the store owners and managers, and with the employees with whom I dealt.
