Parker Cadillac responded

Melv_88 arrived on our service drive in a BMW with a tire pressure monitor concern. As we are a Cadillac dealer our service advisor explained that we have no data, tools or scanners that would interface with the BMW to diagnose or repair the vehicle. I was asked to speak to Melv_88 and reiterated that we were not equipped to service the BMW vehicle. I also explained that the BMW dealer was (1) block to our south and they would be equipped to assist him. Unfortunately the customer just couldn't comprehend why a Cadillac dealer wasn't equipped to service his BMW.
