My Review of Parkland Auto Center:
The customer service from this dealership has been outstanding. I had some credit issues and they worked with me to make me the best deal possible with the best price. They made the buying experience so easy and comfortable. I recommend Parkland Auto Center to everyone that I can. I will definitely be back for my next car. They didn't pressure me to buy something that I didn't want, they wanted me to be happy and I am. Thank you so much!!!

My Review of Parkland Auto Center:
01/24/04 Started out good, bought a car. Put $1400.00 down from my 401k &amp; another $300.00. 2 weeks later, on 02/05/04 Wayne called and said they could not find finacaning for me. OK no problem. Took car back. Said I could get a check the next day for my down payment. . Next day was called at work and said I could NOT get my money back until 02/10/04. check $1400.00 was cashed on 01/29/04 and was Not a personal check. It was from Scudder Investments. That is all the money I have to buy a car. single mom, needs a car. REPORTED to BBB.<br>DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

My Review of Parkland Auto Center:
very very pushy. I went in to just browse the lot before going to another dealership and was immediately bombarded by a rude older salesman who talked me into filling out an application and then telling me that i needed to come in and buy a car before the end of the month because he needed to get paid for his quota. he called me at work and even bugged me and made me feel like crap for telling him i wanted to wait for another month. i told him to go to hell and went with seattle mitsubishi two weeks later..loved them to death by the way.
