As a first time car buyer, I was a demanding customer - Kathy took my calls and questions with the utmost friendliness. She was prompt and communicated well, which eased my concerns about buying a car out of state (I live in Washington, DC). Although I had to arrange for third party shipping of my vehicle, Kathy recommended a local company and I was very satisfied with the price and timeline of the delivery. I'll end with this: It would have been very easy for Parks Fiat to mislead or manipulate me into making a sub-par (but lucrative) decision. They didn't. The excellent service they provided allowed me to make a decision that I am absolutely satisfied with, despite the fact that I bought sight-unseen. Thank you! More

Great car, terrific price I was in the market for a specific used vehicle and found the year and model I wanted at Park's FIAT in Wesley Chapel, about a 1 1/2 hour drive from m I was in the market for a specific used vehicle and found the year and model I wanted at Park's FIAT in Wesley Chapel, about a 1 1/2 hour drive from my home. I called to check availability and schedule a test drive. When I arrived I found the vehicle parked up front and Kathy Burke waiting to assist me. Kathy showed me the car and we promptly set off on the test drive. Kathy prearranged a test drive route that would showcase the vehicles features including highway driving. Kathy was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. When we returned to the showroom I told Kathy what I was looking to spend and we discussed price. There was no uncomfortable haggling or pushy sales tactics; and I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Kathy was great, she made sure my wife and I were comfortable while waiting for the paperwork and called me the next day to see how I liked the car. Kathy even went as far as printing out directions to a restaurant in the area, so we could have dinner before we drove home.
