I brought in my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with obvious electrical issues - No bus, dash lit up like a Christmas tree, every system failing, and car struggling to drive. It was Friday and I didn't expect that they'd get it in right away, but they said they could. YAY. I settled in to wait. Good news! It was a loose battery cable. That will be $200 and you can go on your merry way. So, I pay and take off down the road. Not even 15 minutes pass and all the lights are back on so I turn it around and head back. I left the car running because I know it's easier to figure out electrical problems when the problem is happening. The tech came out and after some discussion, examination and plugging in the OBD scanner there was still no more definitive diagnosis. "Best Guess" was that it was the battery, despite the battery testing fine. When I asked if the OBD was the only diagnostic tool they had, I was told that that was it. So, if it's not the battery can I return the battery? No. Their "Best Educated Guess" was the battery. Well, I didn't pay $200 for a guess, I paid $200 for a diagnostic, but here we are being forced to make decisions on $200 guesses. So, I get the battery and I go off on my merry way. I don't even make it home before the car is doing it's thing again. Soo $200 diagnostic, $240 battery, and I still have a car having a serious electrical issue. To add insult to injury, on Monday I received a customer satisfaction call form them. When I complained about my experience and being annoyed that I paid $200 for a guess instead of a diagnostic, I was told that someone would follow up with me about it. Nope. That never happened. I don't know if this shop doesn't have the knowledge to fix electrical issues, or they're just too damned lazy to break out the fancy computer system and use it properly (as a dealership, they should have it) but I can't recommend them for any electrical system work you may need. PS I did find a mechanic in Orlando that tracked down the issue AND fixed it in 3 hours. And, it turns out it's a relatively common issue with the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. That's something a dealership should be familiar with. More
We drove 3 hours rt to see a car listed online at $43,922. Then we sit down to negotiate the deal. I question the $2,995.00 for a parks plus. This is non-negotiable he says but he can speak to the m $43,922. Then we sit down to negotiate the deal. I question the $2,995.00 for a parks plus. This is non-negotiable he says but he can speak to the manager. This adds no worthwhile value like a warranty. It for ridiculous things like , rain protection, headlight, protection, protective coating for your paint, headlights and interior surfaces , VIN etching etc. Nothing worth that amount of money. And should be elective not mandatory. I understand taxes are non- negotiable. But we questioned the government fee and docs fees at $1352 which seemed inflated. So now we are at an additional $4347.65 in extra cost . So sales person says he will go ask manager for a reduction in price. He returns and says’ I have good news and bad news ‘. Someone just put a deposit on that same car you . The same car that he said sat for quite a while. Then he says ‘the good news is the if you buy it now at full price with all the extras thrown in you have that choice’ . He said the other guy called in the deposit and is paying full price I said no way am I paying $4000 plus in extra junk fees. Heres the kicker the same truck did not sell as they said, it was on their site the day after we left (same vin) for $49,000. $5,078 more the next day. Which is alao higher than anywhere else. So you be the judge, but we can see this was shady and feel we were played and blatantly lied to. More

I brought it back for them to diagnose, and they confirmed the engine was completely damaged. They refused to fix it or offer any kind of replacement, telling me it was my problem now. Instead, they tried to upsell me into another vehicle—only if I could get a co-signer. Not only did they fail to honor any responsibility for selling me a defective vehicle, but they also made it clear they were more interested in pushing sales than doing the right thing by their customers. On top of that, I was charged $1,800 for a service contract that was not fully disclosed. They snuck this in during the sale, and I was never properly informed about what I was paying for. To make matters worse, after I paid $250 to have the car towed back to them, I asked for help getting the car back home—and they refused to assist me in any way. It’s clear that Parks Space Coast Dodge does not care about their customers once they make a sale. They will sell you a broken car, add hidden charges, and then leave you stranded when it falls apart. This is unethical business at its finest. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and strongly advise others to stay far away. More

Put a deposit down on a vehicle as we live over 2 hours from this dealership and they had a Jeep I really wanted. My Jeep was totaled by a drunk driver and we spoke with Adam who got everything together fo from this dealership and they had a Jeep I really wanted. My Jeep was totaled by a drunk driver and we spoke with Adam who got everything together for us to just come in and purchase it once the insurance money came in. He said it would be held for us and he worked with the insurances before and it wasn’t a problem to wait a week or two. It hasn’t even been one week yet and we called to let them know we would have the money and wanted to schedule a time to pick up the Jeep and THEY SOLD IT!! I can’t believe the lies they told and held my money (still have my money) not in good faith as they had no plans to keep the vehicle for me that I was in the process of purchasing. Way to kick a person when they are already down. How completely inconsiderate of this dealership and sneaky to take someone’s money and lie to them. They never even called to say they sold it, I only know because I called them to schedule the time to pick it up. The sales person I was working with even contacted me two days ago to check in and said nothing about how they were selling it or no longer holding it. Why take someone’s money and lie? I highly do NOT recommend this business! More
Buyer beware of $2995 upcharge on all vehicles from list price. "Parks plus" upcharge adds little value and is non-negotiable. Dealership admits to using it as a tactic to bring in customers by lowering the price. "Parks plus" upcharge adds little value and is non-negotiable. On 4/27/23 I wasted my time driving an hour to look at a 21 Grand Cherokee that I found on thier web site the night before. Thier web site showed a price of $38,111 minus $4,383 in discounts for a selling price of $33,727. While test driving the vehicle the Salesman mentioined a "Parks Plus" protection package that they add to each vehicle. The additonal cost of this is $2995. I told the Salesman that there was no way I would consider paying for something that should be offered as an option at the time of the sale, not just added to boost their profit on a vehicle. Upon returning to the Showroom the Salesman aquired cost figures for the vehicle, which included this "Parks Plus" fee. I again told him that there was no way I would ever consider paying for such a thing, and made an offer minus that fee. He then went to his Manager with that. The Sales Manager then came over and tried to justify the added cost, saying we lower our prices to draw people in. I stated to him that if the "Parks Plus" plan was charged to the vehicle it should be reflected on the web site as such. He stated that it is shown in the description box. I said to him show me the the figure ($2995) not wording saying you charge it. He still attempted to justify the $2995 fee, of which most of the things that were within the package were of little value, IE Rain replellant (wax) Headlight protection (rainx) door edge and cup guards (?) AC refresh recommended twice a year (Never heard of such a thing in 60 yrs of driving). So if you don't mind paying an additional $2995 for something that adds no value gladly pay it. However you should relize the only ones that benifit from this, is the Dealer getting an additonal $2995. Just before I left I stated to the Manager that this tactic is just a bait and switch scheme to raise thier profits. More
