I came in to check out Fords, when I had always been more interested in Chevy. Frank showed me an 08 F150 and took me for a test drive. He also showed me some comparable new models. I wanted to go with the 08 F150, so he and Bill worked out some numbers (which seemed to take forever, but my credit is not that great and they were trying to help me out). Then they introduced me to Duber so he could finish up everything. He got the cost of my new truck and the price for my trade adjusted even more to help me out! I saved about 5000 by going to Parks, and got a LOT of truck for the money. I've already recommended this dealership to a friend of mine who is also in the market for a new truck. More
We had a great experience at Parks Ford in Wesley Chapel on Saturday May 12, 2012. I had just begun to search for a Ford Sport Trac and stopped by Parks Ford since they showed one on their web site. We were greated by a very friendly, outgoing young salesman (John Belcher) - we took the car for a test drive and really liked it. As we started talking a deal, we had a problem - I was thinking of trading my BMW in, but hadn't brought it along. To make a long story short - we worked with Duber and John, and agreed upon a price for the cars, and closed the deal. John rode home with me and took my trade back to the dealership. I haven't had such a good car-dealership experience in 40 years of buying cars (this is my 37th car by the way). I will recommend this dealership (and Duber and John) to anyone that I speak with. George is a superior salesman. He exhibits great people skills, and is thoroughly knowledgeable in the car's features. He worked to secure what I felt was a fair trade on my F150. Customer service was effected as soon as me and my wife parkedon the sales lot, sales person George was very knowledgable about the autos we were interested in & advised of available options, discounts, et parkedon the sales lot, sales person George was very knowledgable about the autos we were interested in & advised of available options, discounts, etc .....he was very thorough in goingover all of the options to the auto evetually purchased. In a review with no fluff, I was in the market for a certain 2013 for edge. I knew what i wanted. I needed someone to dig and find this vehicle for me. Mr. Dearborne did just that. I think I may have driven him nuts but he continued to send me vehicles to look at and did not quit on me no matter how many I turned down. He found the one I wanted. When I drove an hour to Parks Ford, I met with Kevin Sawyer who was actually a very nice guy. Being a car salesman has such a stereotype to it.. Mr. Sawyer was kind and treated me like a person not a little girl. I was very happy to deal with Mr. Sawyer who took the time to set me up in the Edge with the Sync thing and explained a lot that I would otherwise not know. Mr. Stokes is funny.. he made signing all that paperwork simple. He listened to what I wanted and did answer my questions fully. He has a good sense of humor too. Thank you to all your guys there. I would return.. Oh I suppose I should add that there were four dealerships trying to get me to buy from them.. They quit on me though.. I was picky with what I wanted and not important enough for them apparently. They have all called me since to "check in" on how my search is going. I made sure to tell all 4 of them that I bought from Parks and they should have fought harder. More
