Well, I have been dealing with Parks (Heritage) Ford of Wesley Chapel and its various serves since 2002. Every experience has been a pleasant one. I have Never had even an inkling of a negative with the staff at this business. I can't say enough GOOD about this and previous experiences. Everyone is extremely helpful, pleasant, patient, fair and knowledgeable. When I say everyone, I am including all of the personnel in the background that the customer rarely sees. It takes a TEAM to make things happen and this dealership most certainly maintains that. I want to Thank You for my most recent new vehicle deal and all of the previous experiences. I have always been skeptical of car dealerships. When I went to Parks Ford my battle armor was on and I was ready to deal with the price "haggling" games. Our salesman, Jimmy Dennis was so upfront and honest with us, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for within our price range. Had he been a "typical" pushy car salesman I would've left frustrated and unaccomplished. Instead, he was extremely nice, polite, and knowledgeable. He assisted us professionally, and then transitioned us over to Duber Garzon to finalize the paperwork. He too was personable and made us feel like he valued our business. I thoroughly enjoyed my car shopping experience today and I'm so glad I got to drive off the lot in the perfect car! More
