AFTER I received the car and signed all the paper work, I got a call ELEVEN days after everything was signed and done and told I needed to come because my interest rate went UP and they could not add the correct GAP price or employee interest rate like they had REASSURED me several times they could do. I was lied to and pressured to do my loan there and now I am facing the awful consequences and having to change EVERYTHING about my loan. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could go back and not buy a car from here. More

My first Kia I had been considering buying a Kia Optima and had learned about the Optima S. This would be my first Kia. I talked to several dealerships but nobody I had been considering buying a Kia Optima and had learned about the Optima S. This would be my first Kia. I talked to several dealerships but nobody had the Remington Red that I wanted. I called Parkside Kia in Knoxville TN and they had the one I wanted. I went and looked at it and drove it and fell in love with it. I must say that I my Sales Rep, Matt Warner was great, very helpful and very knowledgeable and did a very good job. I also want to mention that the Sales Manager Calvin was very nice and great to work with as well. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and my experience with Matt, Calvin and Parkside Kia in making my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a Kia. More
