At Parkway they take the decisions out of your car-buying experience – making ALL the decisions on your behalf. If you are looking for a traditional dealership feel of 30 years ago when the salesman would push a vehicle on to you, ignore your interests and concerns, then rack up an additional $10k in unnecessary add-ons THEN AGAIN I would strongly recommend Parkway Kia. At Parkway Kia they will showcase one option for your buying experience, pretend to care about your price point and financial concerns, then advise that finance would be right with you. Once an hour-and-a-half goes by with no sight of the salesman or finance you’re only miraculously saved once you threaten to walk out – it’s 9 pm and your 4 year old has not had dinner. Finance whisks around the corner at the last second brandishing their paperwork and calculators like a sword and shield to save the day. In his office he reviews the monthly payments, which have suddenly increased by $150 a month due to nearly a dozen additional unnecessary warranties. Then he is stymied by the most basic questions about the price of the car – about $4k higher than sticker price. Never during this process did a manager meet with us or even greet us – not sure how we were missed given we spent almost 4 hours at the dealership. While this service may be beneficial and even appreciated by some, we walked out. The vibe was not right and we felt swindled. It seems we were pinned as an easy sale with minimal effort. Parkway Kia had a manager call the next day but we were unable to speak to him as we were across town at Archer to make our purchase. They followed up by email and asked about speaking over the phone further regarding our concerns. We made it clear we would not be returning but provided our contact information. We never received another call, making it clear that Parkway is not interested in improving their sales experience for customers. More

Bought my 2023 Kia Stinger GT2 at Parkway Kia just to be treated like garbage. My car was build with a few issues that needed to be addressed. After a crazy first 2 weeks of trying to get fixed I called Kia treated like garbage. My car was build with a few issues that needed to be addressed. After a crazy first 2 weeks of trying to get fixed I called Kia of America just to be returned back to Parkway Kia who had on going excuses on not getting a part. A side note this is my 6th Kia and 3rd Stinger so not new to this brand. After weeks of upset I made my way over to Joe Myers spoke to the Sales Manager Sean and parts just to find out the part has been in warehouses throughout Americas, confronted Parkway just, as usual, to turn it around on me as if I’m in control of there way of doing business. A week later I’m here at Joe Myers the part is here and being installed. Be aware and be informed!! You want honesty and great service it’s here!! What I learned was at Parkway Kia I was just that days commission and then I was nothing but a problem the next week. Not a good way to do business. I first spoke to Paula and she sent me this “ Paula at Parkway Family Kia has an updated personalized offer for you on a Black 2023 Kia Soul, Stock #P7866609. Direct number is 281-312-6261 TruePrice = $21,326” I then called to speak to her about getting the price down. I was looking to get close to 20k. She was not available, so I spoke to a woman that asked me to call her “V”. (She did tell me her real name, but asked me to call her V). I told her what I wanted and she said she would speak to her manager and call me back. After about an hour and a half she called me back and said that her manager said, “ Getting closer to 20k wouldn’t be a problem.” I then replied, “Great!. See you tomorrow!” We made an appointment for 11am. I showed up at about 10:30am. (It was an hour drive.) neither Paula nor V were available. I explained the entire 2 day communications to the new guy. He then started with a price of $26k. We went back and forth for a while until I got aggravated. After showing the texts, I spoke to multiple “managers” and simply told them, “I was told this, if you can’t make that happen I will go buy from Westside Kia!” I was there for more than 2 hours and because I wasn’t buying the “bait and switch” told me they couldn’t get me close to what the text message said. I, not so nicely, told them to keep the car. We left there and went to Westside Kia and bought the car. These people are dishonest! They think that just because I drive an hour (and my parents drive 4hrs, in case my daughter needed a co-signer and they knew this) they could force me into a bad situation. Do not trust them. Even if you get it in a text. They have FOREVER lost my business. More
