The Rogue is nice, comfortable and fuel efficient and will last him along time. We will definitely keep Parkway Nissan in mind when we make our next purchase. I would like to note again that we attempted to make contact with multiple other dealerships that never contacted us back. Thank you for making us feel like a Priority in earning our business. More
I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I am a single income mother who bought a 12K used vehicle, cash and warranty out the door. From day one I had issues with this car. From Augus I am a single income mother who bought a 12K used vehicle, cash and warranty out the door. From day one I had issues with this car. From August to November I have been in that dealership at LEAST 16 times for repairs. Half the time, when I picked it up, I couldn’t even leave the parking lot without having to turn around and have them fix something else. The mechanics here have no idea what they’re doing. They “fix” something and it breaks again immediately. From a turbo blowing, to heat going out, coolant line blowing off, electrical issues and dumping oil- every single thing has needed fixed 1, 2 and sometimes 3 times. On top of what the warranty covered, I’ve dropped 3K on repairs in 3 months. This car has been in the shop more than I’ve been able to drive it. I have emptied my savings and maxed out my credit cards trying to make this vehicle safe and reliable for my children. I talked to the salesperson who sold me the car and he looked me in the face and said “you’re screwed” only he used a much harsher word than “screwed”. I left in tears. The general manager treated me like a waste of time when I asked for options. They were completely not interested in helping whatsoever. I spent countless hours in their lobby and missed so much work just trying to get this car to be drivable. I even paid outside sources to work on things they couldn’t fix correctly. This was a miserable experience. I was MORE than patient and kind and continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. As a previous business owner, I think long and hard before leaving a bad review. But parkway Nissan deserves one. Thumbs way way down. I’ve never been more disappointed in a business in my entire life. Whether the car was 12K or 112K, you should care about your customers. Parkway Nissan does not. Do not go there.n More
Called up talked to them. . made a deal and they were very good to work with, I got a good 6.6% intest on a used Yukon Denali and had everything lined up to be delivered on Fr . made a deal and they were very good to work with, I got a good 6.6% intest on a used Yukon Denali and had everything lined up to be delivered on Friday. I found time and drove up to them on Thursday. Yukon had a couple little blemishes no big deal very nice vehicle none the less. I took it for a quick test drive and it was all over the road when changing lanes. Took it back and looked over it.. rear ac didn't blow very cold and then they put on lift and found front sway bar link on front was brok in to and rear driver air shock was blown out. They were on top of it to get repairs made but only replace one of the rear air shocks and I requested both be done thats the only way I was ok with still taking it. I drove 3 hrs home w my vehicle left Denali called next day.. they replaced front swaybar link and ONE rear air shock and made repairs to the rear ac. I told them id still take it but replace both shocks or I requested to add 750 to my trade value and reduce there Yukon 750 (a total of 1500 less then we previously agreed) I want to replace the other shocks and that would make it work out they declined. So in all I wasted 3 hrs driving each direction hours at there dealership and ran my credit and just wasted a ton of my time. Overall they seem decent and made excuses about bad tec in shop and fired them. But still a major waste of my time and running my credit.. thank goodness I didn't wait for it to be delivered. Just buyer beware More

I'm not sure when auto dealers became 'villains' looking to loot your bank account, but I don't feel like Parkway operates in that way. If you want a new vehicle (doesn't have to be a Nissan) get in touch with Mark Smith and see what he can do for you. Looking forward to meeting the service department when my truck is due in for maintenance. Thanks All. More
Ben Robinson's easygoing, humble attitude was exactly what I needed when looking at and test-driving the truck. He was NEVER pushy and only helpful. Also, Mark Smith has been super helpful going forward with matters like tracking down items that I left in my old truck and so forth. Hats off to Parkway Nissan! They might be far from my home, but I will go back because of their integrity and excellent service. More
