Your Service Manager, Cody Jones is probably one of the most disrespectful terrible humans I have ever met in my life. I'm not sure when auto dealers became 'villains' looking to loot your bank account, but I don't feel like Parkway operates in that way. Ben Robinson's easygoing, humble attitude was exactly what I needed when looking at and test-driving the truck. He was NEVER pushy and only helpful. Also, Mark Smith has been super helpful going forward with matters like tracking down items that I left in my old truck and so forth. Hats off to Parkway Nissan! They might be far from my home, but I will go back because of their integrity and excellent service. More

I needed a car asap, but of course wanted to make my purchase count so I had a particular vehicle in mind. Kelsey replied to my inquiry in minutes and from that point it was nothing but a 5 star experience! Buying a vehicle without even laying eyes on it wasn’t my ideal experience, but Kelsey made me feel like I was right there taking a test drive! She was responsive, personable, and provided excellent customer service! The GM worked diligently with my financing, and Bob with the delivery team was delightful and worked with my schedule!
