Purchasing a new vehicle can be both a hassle in dealing with the process and the people, with an overwhelming and drawn out process, however, at Parkway of Wilmington, it was the complete opposite. The sales department, and Jeremy in particular, were excellent to work with! My family was familiar with Jeremy, as he had previously sold my parents their car, and their experience with him was what brought us back to Parkway; this expereince with Jeremy was no different, as it was just as pleasant and hassle free. When provided with an idea of what kind of vehicle we were looking for, upon our arrival, Jeremy had several cars pulled up and ready for us to look at and test drive, which was very convenient. A true sales person, he was familiar with all aspects of all the models, with a knowledge of all available features, especially with the safety components, which was a great concern for us. Once we had decided upon a vehicle, we worked with Aaron, the Bussiness Manager, he too provided us with an awesome experience, as he was both pleasant to work with and was very open and flexible in regards to financing the vehicle. I was in the market of trading my car for a newer model. My room mates both own Subaru cars and suggested that I look and test drive one. That was when I decided to do some research on Subaru models. The one particular that I was most interested in was the Crosstrek. I drove up to the dealership lot with both my room mates and Greg Price was there to help. Greg answered my questions and then I went for a test drive. I am very satisfied that I took that test drive and with the help from Greg answering my questions during the drive that I made my decision to purchase! The trade for my car was more than satisfactory and hassle free. Aaron Bishop helped me with my financing. Aaron is awesome! Got me a great finance rate that I am very, very pleased with.
