My Review of Parkway Toyota:
I read the review before about how good the service was...If only I got that far. Is there a word worse than Terrible? If so that word would sum up my experience.
1st Parkway Toyota tried to "steal" my trade in, offered me way below what another dealer did.

Then they said they had the car I wanted in stock, then there was a mix up and they didnt but could get it...I then had to deal with Bob Wine o Grad. Is this guy for real? Do they come much slimier than this?

Bad experience DO NOT BUY From them....

My Review of Parkway Toyota:
Own a 2000 Avalon XLS w/66,800 miles with extended Toyota 7 yr/100,000 mi. total vehicle warranty. $0 deductible, took delivery Dec 24, 1999.<br><br>Brand new facility, huge and as clean as an operating room. They even clean the floor each day with a huge vaccum they ride!<br><br>Emergency -- Had a sticking right rear brake caliper that another Toyota dealer didn't even check for. They gave me a free loner car, a new 2005 Corolla, and had all repaired in 24 hrs, no charge, would have been $700+ all in.<br><br>Has an instant oil change capability, no appointment needed.<br><br>Has three clerks at counter at all times, Asian and Indian, whereas they appear to be brilliant, probably math majors in college. Totally computerized records.<br><br>Interesting, as I had them replace my wiper blades and these, being Toyota parts, are best I have had since new. Strange, other Toyota dealer I used for years [on Long Island] also had changed them on occasion, but I think they were NOT Toyota parts, i.e., not nearly as good as these!<br><br>Replaced my radio/CD player in 90 minutes, no charge!<br><br>Has typical &quot;recommended&quot; services posted at each mileage level, rather expensive and as we all know NOT required by Toyota, but I guess we all have to make a $buck! All dealers have these, whereas I am a sucker and always pay for them, but perhaps that's why my Avalon runs like new.<br><br>Fresh coffee, large screen TV, comfortable seating, cleanest bathrooms this side of a new hospital.<br><br>If price right, I will definitely buy my new 2005 Avalon here in two months when they are available, but in any case will have it serviced here!<br><br>Excellent, fast service! Highly recommended!<br>
