Highly recommend Starting with Bob Winograd, the sales representative, continuing with Clinton, who assisted in distribution of cars and Marc who handled the finances, Starting with Bob Winograd, the sales representative, continuing with Clinton, who assisted in distribution of cars and Marc who handled the finances, the entire experience was very positive. We are a non-profit agency with very limited funding and Bob was able to put together a deal we could afford. Marc was well organized with the paperwork and everything was completed with ease. Parkway Toyota ~ Best Dealer Experience of my Life !!! I just leased my second Toyota Highlander after having owned a Highlander and a Celica before that (yes, I know, I'm dating myself). Granted, Highland I just leased my second Toyota Highlander after having owned a Highlander and a Celica before that (yes, I know, I'm dating myself). Granted, Highlanders pretty much sell themselves...but, this time, I actually enjoyed the process. How many people can say that ? From Kevin Lee, my Salesmen, who was so kind and attentive to my needs, to Miguel Kychental who wrote up and reviewed the contract with me and ultimately to Bob Winograd, General Sales Manager, who made me feel as though he really had my best interests at heart. I know this is a business and they are there to make money, but, I never once felt pressured or conned which sometimes is the case. Toyota already had me for life, now, so does Parkway Toyota. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know !!! More

Sleazy and Unprofessional - I will never buy a Toyota AGAIN I called Parkway Toyota to sell my Toyota Yaris. They told me to stop by anytime and speak with "Gee" who was in charge of used cars sales. I met wi I called Parkway Toyota to sell my Toyota Yaris. They told me to stop by anytime and speak with "Gee" who was in charge of used cars sales. I met with "Gee" (no business card was provided) on June 10, 2016. Gee initially told me he couldn't make me an offer because the computer system was down. Then as I walked away, he asked to take a look at my car. His manner was incredibly gruff and rude. He then said he could make me an offer and asked me to wait --I waited 30 minutes before he returned with a very low ball offer. I told him I might be interested if I could walk out check in hand. He agreed, walked away (presumably to work on the paperwork), came back then said, "well I can pay you tomorrow". Then he walked away, came back and said "best I can do is allow you to leave your car, take off your license plates, have you sign your title over to me, and maybe in 10 days I'll have a check for you". So essentially he was offering to steal my car. I looked at him incredulously. He then said, "Oh, since you won't have your car I'll have a guy drive you down the road, but then you have to find your own way back home because we are not UBER". He said this with a smirk. The entire experience was so degrading and he was so disgusting and sleazy, I will never purchase a Toyota again and I will never do business with Parkway Toyota. More

Simply Amazing! From the moment my significant other and I met Mr. Daniele and his colleagues, the comfort level was immediate. He was wonderfully personable, PATIENT, and very sincere. He listened intently to ALL of our concerns, addressed ALL of our questions, showing us that he was working ONLY in OUR best interest. We didn't feel pressured into making any rash decisions, or like he was being dishonest in order to just make a deal. We didn't even feel like he was selling to us! He was simply helping us find a great result out of a bad situation and did it with minimal penalty to our wallets! You can't ask for more than that. We drove away much more informed, satisfied, and in a better vehicle. Thanks you SO much Franco! See you in two years! ;D More
