Extreme wait time, and not first come first service I've been here since 8:25am and its 11:50am. I just came into Pat Milliken on telegraph rd in Michigan for a Low tire pressure light. Most recently I needed repairs for my 10 year old Freestar. The most important repair was done quickly and more than satisfactorily. However, the mirror I needed is no longer in the Ford inventory, yet my service representative, Ian Murphy, went out of his way to find comparable replacement mirrors that I can use. I appreciate Ian's initiative and dedication to satisfying his customers.
