Two Vehicles Serviced In 1.5 Days Brought my van in for 75000 mile service in the morning. They were finished by early afternoon. Service department I had a flat tire last week, but had scheduled a routine service appointment for this week. When I took my care in for the tire change, the service r I had a flat tire last week, but had scheduled a routine service appointment for this week. When I took my care in for the tire change, the service rep (Ian Murphy) not only took care of the tire issue, but went ahead and did the routine service while I was there. On top of it, my dirty care came out sparkling clean at the end. Great service!!! More

Service department-2 big misses I brought my car in for regularly scheduled oil change/service appointment. I pointed out that the tire check light was on; the service tech just said I brought my car in for regularly scheduled oil change/service appointment. I pointed out that the tire check light was on; the service tech just said, "that's because it's too cold" and he reset the check light. The service techs failed to notice that THERE WAS A STAPLE IN THE SIDEWALL ON ONE TIRE. They also failed to notice that the bulb in one of my running lights was out. These 2 issues created a potential safety problem for me; it also created a sales opportunity for Belle Tire, who fixed them both later in the week. More

Very good searvice I needed a routine oil change with tire rotation. I did not have an appointment and I was very pleased with the service since it was quite quick even I needed a routine oil change with tire rotation. Great Service I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership in 1989. Joe Balhorn assisted me back then and has been my salesman ever since. He has come to know me well and truly listens to what I want. I trust and respect his expertise; he gives me the information needed to make an educated decision. My daughter has also come to know Joe. He's now her salesman as well! I take my vehicles to the dealership for all maintenance or other service issues and have never had a problem.
