Collision Shop Repair was Top Notch I recently had a small fender bender that required Collision Shop work. No metal work was needed, but they did a great job replacing the parts, and painting of the plastic parts that were needed for the repair. Turnaround time was great, and I will happily take my truck there for any future work. More
Oil change I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an annoying squeak in the tailgate. The squeak was a loose panel on the tailgate door and all it needed was for my guy to pull it out and reset the pins that had come loose, problem fixed. I have been coming to Pat Milliken for my lease purchases and service for more years than I can remember, I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for your great customer service. More

Service department I had a flat tire last week, but had scheduled a routine service appointment for this week. When I took my care in for the tire change, the service rep (Ian Murphy) not only took care of the tire issue, but went ahead and did the routine service while I was there. On top of it, my dirty care came out sparkling clean at the end. Great service!!! More
Service department-2 big misses I brought my car in for regularly scheduled oil change/service appointment. I pointed out that the tire check light was on; the service tech just said I brought my car in for regularly scheduled oil change/service appointment. I pointed out that the tire check light was on; the service tech just said, "that's because it's too cold" and he reset the check light. The service techs failed to notice that THERE WAS A STAPLE IN THE SIDEWALL ON ONE TIRE. They also failed to notice that the bulb in one of my running lights was out. These 2 issues created a potential safety problem for me; it also created a sales opportunity for Belle Tire, who fixed them both later in the week. More
