Awful experience at the service department. Not first time that had to take vehicle back for them to fix their mistakes. The service manager does not return phone message and is not easy to work with and does not have good customer service skills. They don't want to take accountability for their lack of knowledge on certain vehicles or when they damage part of your vehicle and then try to claim that is the way it is supposed to look. More

What great dealership !! We were headed home from the Carolinas to NY. Traveling on 95 we hit some debris on the road and unfortunately the car's m great dealership !! We were headed home from the Carolinas to NY. Traveling on 95 we hit some debris on the road and unfortunately the car's mechanical system took a beating... we had to have the car towed to the nearest dealership ! I called them ahead of time and spoke with Alex Portillo, in the service department. Lets face it, these days everyone is double booked, so for Alex to tell us don't worry, we will be prepared to put it right on the lift and see what damage has occurred, was a life saver !! The technician Ronnie Henderson made sure we were in and out with in 24hrs. All damaged parts replaced, every nut and bolt secure. We had a safe trip home the last 335 miles... Thank you guys !! I would not hesitate to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership, considering the service they gave us and we weren't even their client. From the sale to service, IMPECCABLE. I bought my truck from Christian, and he could not have possibly been more informative, knowledgeable, or helpful. He listened to my family and I's specific needs, and even asked some foresight questions for the future, and landed us on the PERFECT truck. He took immense time to work with us prior to the sale, never pressured me, and even after the sale (setting up mine and my wife's phones, etc.). I then came in for an oil change as scheduled, and the service lane was just as wonderful. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here, and telling everyone I know about these guys! More
