This place is an absolute joke. They send out these flyers that are false advertising all the time. And of course she had a matching prize number for a new free tv. When we arrived and asked about it the salesman told us that they only use those flyers to get people to come in and that nobody actually wins because its a specific number that has to match what they have. That should have been a red flag but at the time I was in desperate need of a vehicle. They claimed that no longer had any more $0 down vehicles; I was shown a vehicle and end up purchasing a 2016 Nissan Altima that was priced at $16,532.08. I put down $8k and had a trade in with a value of $3,651= $11,651 that means I should have ONLY been financed for $4,881.08 right? Wrong my total sale price for the car was $40.477.82 with a 21.89% ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE/ 12,294.74 FINANCE CHARGE/ TOTAL OF PAYMENTS $28,826.82. I asked multiple times would my down payment lower the finance charge and they kept telling me yes. Again THAT WAS A LIE. Doing some research I realized this was nothing more than AUTO DEALER FRAUD I reached out to all parties to rescind my contract and of course no respond. They financed my vehicle with FIRST FINACIAL BANK; they end up getting an attorney and when I requested that I need proof making me liable for the contract he sent me back ALL THE PROOF I needed. The Retail Installment Sales Contract he provided me from the financial institution was not the same one I signed at the dealership. Not only was it multiple forged signatures that DID NOT match the original, it had a missing date, and MULTIPLE areas where the numbers and amounts DON'T MATCH. I informed their lawyer that the contract was null and void to the fraud and breach of contract by not following their own Arbitration Agreement. They not only violated so many consumer laws by NOT providing certain documents during purchasing, they participate in countless number of FALSE ADVERTISING, they were very deceptive, and MOST of all they altered and FORGED documents. The fact that some of these salesmen take pride in taking from customers is sick. They seen two women (me & my mother) and my son coming in and thought we would be a good target. I work to hard to be letting anyone take money from me and my son just to put it into their pockets. I'm outraged and disappointed in the type of service that I received. No I will not be silenced or ignored I will continue to file all the evidence I need to get EVERY SINGLE PENNY BACK. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. And if you have financed your vehicle through ANY of their parties PLEASE request your original document from your financial institution and if your have ANYTHING that isn't on YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENT you signed at the dealership please go and get your money back. They have been getting over on us and we all work to hard to let ANYONE take advantage of us. More

Bad timing. A lot of people quit/ fired at same time. Why? Salesperson made it too much about her and tied to guilt trip, finance person tried to sneak in money A lot of people quit/ fired at same time. Why? Salesperson made it too much about her and tied to guilt trip, finance person tried to sneak in money and not talk about it, miscommunication between teams. Benefit to the doubt due to changeover, lucky due to timing. If I were in charge this wouldn’t have happened. But had to make myself look like an xxx to get what I was promised, overall, salesman did what she did, 6/10 lay off the guilt trip paying for your kids shot, that hurts more than helps. Finance guy, don’t lie, it may be a requirement to offer it, but forcing it was rude and disrespectful. Show 2 offers then, one with one without, convince them they want to get it not force it on them. Trying to sneak in things at last minute won’t work with most veterans, and you’re in a veteran community, give that up and just be honest, you’ll lose less sales that way and gain more. The buyer doesn’t care about your commission, putting food on your table means taking away from mine. Just get what you get and sell 150 over year instead of 20, take less profit and more sales and end up making more profit. Think about it. More
