Rude and dismissive after the sale — and trying to move rough vehicles with nonsense pricing I bought a 2006 Grand Prix here for $5,000 with 74k miles from Jenna. That purchase went fine — fair price, cle rough vehicles with nonsense pricing I bought a 2006 Grand Prix here for $5,000 with 74k miles from Jenna. That purchase went fine — fair price, clean car, no complaints. I left a 5-star review originally. What came next changed my mind. Jenna then reached out immediately after to try and sell me a 2002 F-150 with 191k miles and clear condition issues: Rusted chrome Centerline wheels, Heavily worn interior Peeling clear coat on the hood A driver seat so slumped it leans toward the door at 45 degrees When I said it was in fair condition at best and not worth the price, she responded defensively and condescendingly — telling me it’s still a great deal for the mileage and tossing in remarks like: “Just so you know how dealer books work…” “Don’t need you thinking I’m trying to lipstick on a pig…” “I can send you some wine taste vehicles!!” Then there’s the pricing. I watched this truck go: $8,000 → $5,500 → $12,000 …over three days. Same truck. Same issues. Same listing. This isn’t just about pricing games it’s the attitude. She wasn’t helpful, she wasn’t honest about the condition, and her tone was disrespectful. She acted like I was the one being unreasonable for not wanting to overpay for a rough truck. Bottom line: If you're lucky enough to find a good vehicle here, great but don’t expect respectful follow up or transparency if you ask questions or push back. I’ve adjusted my review to reflect the full experience, not just the sale. More
