My vehicle had a seatbelt anchor cable break. There is Technical News Bulletin about this issue. I brought my car in, asked for an oil, transmission fluid, and differential fluid change. They replaced the seatbelt anchor but did not reassemble my seat correctly so it would tilt back while driving. They did not give an oil change with no reasons as to why. I went back for them to correct my seat, then a week later, my differential now has a clunk it didn't previously have. I have the diff fluid inspected and its full of metal! I bring the car back to this dealer service center. They tell me there is a Technical News Bulletin for my differential, but they don't perform the process because they don't feel it will resolve my problem. It may not resolve the problem, but clearing the metal out of the diff could provide some extra life! Also considering they JUST did a diff fluid change and there wasn't any metal then! They expect me to pay for labor for them to pull the diff. and possibly repair it. I said I wasn't charged for the seatbelt. I was told the seatbelt was due to safety. I said a differential failing while driving is also a safety concern. I was told anything can be related to safety and they won't work on it unless they charge me. I asked for the price of a new differential. I was told $2,700.00 not including labor. I asked why? I can buy a brand new one for $1,500.00 from a dealer right now, and I showed a receipt from a company in West Chester PA. Why am I being up charged? Then magically he was able to adjust numbers and offer it at $1,700.00. He also admitted to them changing the differential fluid incorrectly, vacuuming it out rather than draining through the drain plug to inspect for particulates like metal. So they can't say my car was damaged when I brought it to them and I can't 100% say they damaged my differential, but I didn't have any problems till they touched it! Needless to say, I will NEVER bring a vehicle to this place again. I was polite, I tried to work with them, and in the end, they tried to extort me. And I'm still going to be out $3k replacing my differential which I am convinced they caused! Its a daily driver with an immaculate service history and even everyone in the dealer was impressed by how nice my car looks. I highly recommend anyone that cares about their vehicle, to avoid this place. More
I've been taking my vehicles to this dealership for years and never had any problems. I would schedule an early appointment for state inspection. I would be in and out in an hour and a half. I scheduled in advance an 8:30 a.m. appointment for today. I was told it will probably take a few hours to get it in. I dropped it of at 8:20 a.m. they didn't finish until 4:00p.m. 7.5 hrs. and it didn't need anything. If I schedule an 8:30 a.m. service, I expect that service to start happening at 8:30 a.m! This never happened before Patriot took over. Once they took over the service went downhill. I'll never ever allow this to happen again. More

Patriot's service department provided Courtney as the most friendly and ef New customer from out of town. Drove car from California to Warminster PA. Patriot's service department provided Courtney as the most friendly and efficient person to get me a front end alignment without an appointment, and with no delay. In and out while just spending my wait time at breakfast a very short walk to the Eagle Diner. Courtney deserves a 2x multiplier from 5 stars to 10 stars for how she accommodated my surprise visit for service. More
Service Advisor was rude and aggressively provided an attitude towards me. I have always recommended all friends and family to visit this dealer for there needs. I felt that I was an inconvenience to the attitude towards me. I have always recommended all friends and family to visit this dealer for there needs. I felt that I was an inconvenience to the advisor when I was asking for clarification. Since I have been coming for years, I will not allow this one visit to stop me from bringing my vehicle here. Although I would like to say I think the service advisor Courtney could use some training refreshments. More
Long Day Dropped my car at 7:30 am for a 9:15 appointment. I had to call 3 times for status updates. A technician didn’t even start to diagnose the problem until 3:30 in the afternoon. Car ready at 5pm (8 hours and $150 to replace 1 spark plug). What’s the point of giving appointment times if you’re not going to honor them? Labor charge also seems high. If dealerships want to know why people don’t get their vehicles serviced there after the warranty expires, those are 2 of the reasons. More

Service department is incompetent, unsympathetic and will take ZERO responsibility for their actions. And now of course my car is leper that no dealership or GM wants to touch! In Nov 2017 I took my 2017 Volt in for a simple recall service. My car's performance was flawless and I loved it, racking up about 13k miles in a year and a half. Upon getting the car back, the Lane Departure features were inop (a costly upgraded feature that I specifically waited until 2017 model year to purchase for this vehicle and a "safety" feature that is tied into the cars fully drive-by-wire braking, automatic braking, and steering functions). Upon returning the car to them a few weeks later for the remedy service, I'm told by the service advisor that in performing the repairs GM allegedly never instructed them to reprogram that feature (since speaking with another GM dealership service department that is well versed in the latest Chevy functions, that feature had nothing to do with the recall repair.) I think little of it and thank them for at least addressing it in this follow up visit. They assure me that it works fine now (despite learning later that they have NO other vehicles on the lot to confirm how the operation is to properly work anyhow). Long story shortened due to a legal breach of contract lawsuit pending, over the course of 1 week they acknowledge, confirm and document the problem, GM/Chevrolet Customer DisService 'reps' claim a high escalation of the matter and lied to me as to the 'status' of the repair and their alleged interaction with the dealership, the dealer states that can't undo what they did and will do nothing more and demand that I bring back the loaner car to the point of harassing me and then threaten to call the police. 1 WEEK! I invite them to come get their loaner and inform them that I will not take possession of the car until they repair their error. So what do these unscrupulous guys do? They drive my car, leave it in the street in front of my neighbor's house, facing the wrong side of the road, doors unlocked, keys in obviously visible in the cupholders and jump into their loaner. They were so anxious to sneak & drop my car that they brought their own spare key and I had to flag them down before pulling out of my driveway to give them back the key that I was given. Horrendous integrity and they can rest assure I will be joining my neighbors in NEVER taking my car to them for further disservice again. More
The Kids used my truck to go to taco Bell I showed up when they said my vehicle would be finished. They said it would take another hour. Then I see three young works pile out of my Tahoe wit I showed up when they said my vehicle would be finished. They said it would take another hour. Then I see three young works pile out of my Tahoe with taco Bell bags. When they said it was ready I paid then walked to my car to find black stains all over my seats and rugs. Also the kids hit a yellow pole in the drive thru and return never to say that it happened. A Tahoe is slightly bigger then the Civics children drive. The service manager tried to deny the entire taco bell sight and the yellow paint on my bumper. They did a poor job of fixing this and I left pissed off. I wish they would stop sending me junk mail from Lafferty Chevy. I will never go back. I also think they scammed the warranty and replaced part that did not need to be replaced. More
I made an appointment to have my tire replaced.
