Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Lied on the listing, tried to bump the price during the purchase. Tried to make me pay for a piece they broke. I traded in two vehicles for two brand new vehicles. I live 5 hours away from them. I drove the first vehicle up there and they did not give me my second key, they did not give me a full tank of gas, th I live 5 hours away from them. I drove the first vehicle up there and they did not give me my second key, they did not give me a full tank of gas, they did not give me my hard copy of paperwork so I can complete my registration and pay the taxes on them, and they did not give me the best they could do on my trade in. They list every trade in as “fair value”. You could have a 20k mile vehicle and they said to me that every trade in must be listed as “fair” on kbb. They told me my truck was “fair” value because of the mileage. But they double ding me because then they take off over $5k for the mileage. Then they act so amazing because they give you money “above what it’s worth”. They couldn’t match it with what I was owed on my vehicle so now I have to tie the negative equity into my new vehicle. Don’t trust these guys. They don’t care about you. They only care about making the sale. I was not treated like family here. They knew I drove 5 hours just to match the ad I found of $5k over kbb of my vehicle. Then I spent 5 hours at the dealership. Not once did anyone offer me something to drink or something to eat. I had to send my wife with the other vehicle to trade it in for the other new vehicle. I voiced my concerns so I can prevent anyone else from treating my wife like that. They apologized and said they would fix it. Words don’t mean anything. Actions do! They never gave me my second key. The salesman said he would have to give my wife the check for the full tank of gas because their “card broke”. They never gave it to my wife. They never offered her anything to drink or eat as well. I did not want to send my wife 5 hours away while I had to work. They said they would have everything ready for my wife to pick up vehicle, but she spent almost 2 hours there waiting for them to clean vehicle and then made her sign more paperwork even though they already had her sign everything via e-signature. I tried to get them to send the vehicle to us by having someone drive it and then drive the trade in back. They refused to do this because they were “short staffed” but they multiple people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Not just salesman either. Overall I gave them plenty of chances to fix the issues I came across. Since nothing had been done about them, I decided to finally rate this dealership. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I will not ever return either. I hope if anyone reads this, they can avoid what I had to go through. If the dealership reads this, I hope they fix these issues. They also might want to take down the ad. Or at least put some fine print on it. My advice is “Just do better” More
