I have been a customer for many years. . Ive purchased over 6 suv's over the years. this time I traded in my Encore for an Envision and I complely regret it. Not only the the car reek of sm . Ive purchased over 6 suv's over the years. this time I traded in my Encore for an Envision and I complely regret it. Not only the the car reek of smoke now that the seats have dried after they cleaned it but it is a horrible ride and very noisy. I did take this car back to them and they stated they fixed the window that had a gap. Well I dont think so! its still very loud .. Im not happy with this vehicle I wish I had kept my Encore ! More
