My purchase experience at Paul Moak Honda was wonderful. The sales consulatant, Alex Lewis was friendly and professional. I did not feel hassled to buy; Mr. Lewis demonstrated his vast knowledge of Honda automobiles. Each feature of the automobile was explained in detail, and my questions were addressed promptly and directly. Eddie was outstanding to deal with. I always do a lot of research and take a while making a big purchase such as a vehicle. Eddie kept in touch, but was not pushy at all during my drawn out decision time. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend Paul Moak Honda to anyone.

The folks at Paul Moak Honda were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. They had a very low pressure approach to selling a vehicle, which I liked and appreciated. Plus, I know that Honda makes a great vehicle.

From the test drive to the final signing of papers, the car buying process took 3 days and many emails, but Alex was a complete pro. The process was relatively painless. We will be back to this dealership to buy another one- be assured of that.
