My purchase experience at Paul Moak Honda was wonderful. The sales consulatant, Alex Lewis was friendly and professional. I did not feel hassled to buy; Mr. Lewis demonstrated his vast knowledge of Honda automobiles. Each feature of the automobile was explained in detail, and my questions were addressed promptly and directly. I will recommend Paul Moak Honda to all my friends and colleagues who are in the market for a new automobile.

Eddie was outstanding to deal with. I always do a lot of research and take a while making a big purchase such as a vehicle. Eddie kept in touch, but was not pushy at all during my drawn out decision time. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend Paul Moak Honda to anyone.

My Review Of Paul Moak Honda:

The folks at Paul Moak Honda were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. They had a very low pressure approach to selling a vehicle, which I liked and appreciated. Plus, I know that Honda makes a great vehicle.

The dealership is conveniently located to my office in downtown Jackson. That was an important factor in my decision to purchase a vehicle from Paul Moak.

We recently purchased our car from Paul Moak and I can say that it was a pleasant experience.This is our first time to purchase from a car dealer and I never thought that it will come along so smooth.The staff made the process easy and comfortable. Our salesperson, Alex and everyone else were professional and helpful. They take time and make sure we have everything we needed before we left the dealership. My thumbs up for Paul Moak's customer service! We will definitely purchase our second car with them.

From the test drive to the final signing of papers, the car buying process took 3 days and many emails, but Alex was a complete pro. The process was relatively painless. We will be back to this dealership to buy another one- be assured of that.
