Fast service! I was having problems with my Accord cranking and took it to the dealership to troubleshoot. The starter was going out but not under warranty. Every experience I have had with the service department has been positive. They are pleasant to work with and I have had no problems thus far. I have had bad experiences with other car dealership service departments in the past but not with Paul Moak Honda. I would definitely recommend them. More

Going the extra mile Steven Swogetinsky worked hard with us and the other Paul Moak employees to find us the New Honda Accord that we wanted that was not available in Miss Steven Swogetinsky worked hard with us and the other Paul Moak employees to find us the New Honda Accord that we wanted that was not available in Mississippi at the time we were looking. Although it had to come from out of the state, I was still able to get a better price then any other dealers were quoting me for future inventory that they hoped to get. Kathleen McNeil made our closing very smooth for us, even though we had some special requests. Although we never talked to the General sales manager, he seemed to work well with both Steven and Kathleen to make our deal work. Now I remember why I bought my last car from Paul Moak 14 years ago. It is always the best deal. More
