Frustrated w loan process. My credit score is 815, told best rate was 9.9. Told you guys I could get a 6.0 rate at truist. Then Told you could match it w truist. Furthermore, truck showed up w broken tail light, didn’t recognize until after. Paperwork was not accurate, had to call and ask for follow up. Everyone was very nice, just not as smooth of a process as it should have been. Didn’t appreciate the bait and switch with finance and trade surcharge. It’s very misleading…. More
