NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE This dealership xxxx near KILLED !!!!!!!! my daughter. After a complete brake job, the left rear brake caliper fell off the car creating 100% brake f This dealership xxxx near KILLED !!!!!!!! my daughter. After a complete brake job, the left rear brake caliper fell off the car creating 100% brake failure. The dealership is not nor have they ever been concerned about KILLING my daughter. Billy in sales lies about escalating this issue to higher management. Never follows through with phone calls. This dealership has yet to contact me or my daughter to compensate or resolve this issue. I would not take my neighbors wheelbarrow to get air put in the tire. Eventually this dealership will kill someone. More

Unnessary work recommended Carry car in for regular oil change and asked them to check out washer sprayer they were supposed to fix last time I was here. Gurl tells me it would Carry car in for regular oil change and asked them to check out washer sprayer they were supposed to fix last time I was here. Gurl tells me it would be $125 just to check it. RIDICULOUS!!!! Then she comes out and wants me to let them do unnessary things to my care for an outrageous price. This place is a joke as far as service department. I have recommended this place to many people as we got a Great deal on vehicle but service department needs to be more customer focused and less money hungry! I guess they have to pay for new building. More
