Thank goodness! Thank goodness for Billy Hembree (Service Director) and John Lloret (Sales)! Approximately a year after our son purchased his first vehicle, a Dodge Thank goodness for Billy Hembree (Service Director) and John Lloret (Sales)! Approximately a year after our son purchased his first vehicle, a Dodge Dooley, from Paulding CDJR he moved out of state because of a promotion he’d received with a new company. Two days after he started with the company, his truck broke down and after calling all the local dealerships, his quickest appointment was 10 days away due to a backlog because of a part recall. The truck is critical to our son as it houses his welding rig, mandatory for his profession as a pipeline welder- and add to that, his new company was two days away from a mandatory deadline. My husband thought to call Paulding CDJR to see if they could help. John took the time to hear the details and then relayed the information to Billy who immediately began contacting the local dealerships explaining the unfortunate situation and the importance to our son in getting his truck and rig back on his new job. Instead of a minimum 10 day wait (and possible termination of new employment), the truck was repaired in one! Cannot thank John and Billy enough – these are the kind of people that make a company great! More

Check Engine? No worries at Paulding CDJR Let me first start by saying I am not normally a fan of dealership service or the cost of the service. That all changed when I met Brian in service at PCDJR. I absolutely love my 2015 black on black Dodge Grand Caravan and so do my children. When my check engine light came on, I was just saddened because I didn't know what or how much! After taking it to a new mechanic, then, my normal mechanic, it finally ended up at PCDJR where the diagnosis was ACCURATE, FASTER, and CHEAPER. It isn't 3 times a charm here, it is that PCDJR is professional and their service is impeccable. I am extremely pleased, a little over a week later with the fact that the vehicle is running great and that I know where to take it if something were to happen in the future. Brian communicated very well with my husband and I and it put my mind at ease. Their due diligence saved me money and when it was time, I ran up to the cashier clapping and smiling because it was ready sooner than expected and cost less than I'd imagined.
