I would like to add that the service department is the worst service I have ever had to deal with you have to take you take your vehicle back for the same problems and they create more problems again I would not recommend Payne Ford to you because you will not get very good service there. Complete lack of Customer Service and Communication I would NEVER recommend the this Dealership Service Center as I have received the worst service experience and its still ongoing. I was referred to Weslaco while down in Padres to take my Ford Raptor almost 5+ weeks ago and was assured they could look at it within a day or so and then a week goes by with absolutely no communication or status from ANYONE. I have called in several times was told all warranty work was approved (would have been nice to know at some point) Parts Ordered, Great!, Meanwhile the Service Advisor and Manager will not get on the phone and continue to put me on hold. I have contacted Ford and demanded this to be escalated as I am almost 6 weeks today and not one single person and called me to update me on $70k xxx. I do not trust the Service and is unfortunate because I am sure the Technicians are qualified and capable but the Service Advisors have truly ruined any customer assurance and satisfaction as I am also stuck more than 4hours away from the dealership and still cat get a date if at all with a completion timeframe so I can arrange to get back down there. Truly disgusted and dissapointed More

My husband and I were driving in from Houston, TX for a particular vehicle, and I was able to make the deal via text/email. Him and his manager, Tom, made everything as seamless as possible. Even their financing department was a pleasure to work with! We had good vibes all the way around. I highly recommend this dealership. More
