Horrible Service I have been in sales for 16 years and the key to sales is customer service. This dealership has NONE.. I went to this dealership because people said t I have been in sales for 16 years and the key to sales is customer service. This dealership has NONE.. I went to this dealership because people said their service depot was good I went to get service done on my 19 ram limited and have other vehicles as well. After 3 weeks of trying their customer service is horrible. No one comes to your vehicle and greets you at the service drive then once you go up there in my case I have recalls and a few other issues and need a loaner cal they didn’t have any for over 3 weeks however when I tell them which they played the run around game that I am allowed $35 a day from enterprise they tell me well we’re busy so you call them like are you kidding me. I’m the customer it’s not my job to do yours needless to say I pulled right out of the service drive after multiple attempts to have them do what is right by the customer More
