This dealership is untrustworthy. Was called and told that they had found a car that fitted what I was interested in, but said I would have to wait until it went through their shop to get checked out and that they had found a car that fitted what I was interested in, but said I would have to wait until it went through their shop to get checked out and that it would be set aside for me to be the first one to come look at and initially purchase, so after not hearing from them in almost a week I called to see if the car was ready to be looked at and found out that they had sold the car and when I asked why they didn’t call me as they had told me they would they all (customer care manager, sales manager and salesman) lied about what happened. The car belonged to them so it was no need to lie about it. It’s some way to treat a customer who had purchased 3 vehicles from them in the pass, but I’m doubtful if I’ll ever purchase another one from them. More

I purchased a new Camry from Perchles in 2011. For the last 6 months they have called me at least twice a week to ask me about purchasing another new Toyota. I have ask them not to continue to call me and last 6 months they have called me at least twice a week to ask me about purchasing another new Toyota. I have ask them not to continue to call me and to remove my name from their list. They have completely annoyed my request not to be called. I even contacted the General Manager and left a message to be called. Never heard from him. I purchased an extended warranty from Toyota. They must have sold my info to another company, because I now get several calls and letters from other companies trying to sell me an extended warranty. I gave the ratings I gave because they are a good dealership, who harasses their customers after the sale. this will cause me to look at other dealerships before I purchase from them again. More
