MInutes after their "service" the cabin filter was full of fur, leaves etc. You can NO TRUST their service. Did they really change your oil? Better check yourself! 50:50 chance at best. When brought to attention of Mike- the service manager, he did not apologize , just said thanks for bringing it to our attention. THAT'S IT. Patronize at your own risk. More

Unbelievably over priced Apparently ordering parts and 15 min of labor that took them 3 hours costs over $400. The part was probably just a bulb. Service manager Matt 2015 Highlander 54,000 miles. My blower for the heat/AC stopped working. I did have to escalate my problem to Matt the supervisor of the service dep 2015 Highlander 54,000 miles. My blower for the heat/AC stopped working. I did have to escalate my problem to Matt the supervisor of the service dept. My car was out of warranty. I was not happy that I was going to have to pay for a part with a newer vehicle. Matt and Toyota came through and repaired it for free, parts and labor. That is exactly what I expected. 6 Toyota’s later we have never had this kind of problem. Matt did exactly as I hoped for. There is a reason we buy Toyota. Now we have another reason to do so in the future, again. I stand by Toyota and Matt 100%. Dawn More
