The work that was performed at this dealership seems to be good work. We had our seal to our driver window replaced due to gumming and not allowing window to roll up freely. The sales employee was great. Finance employee was very patient and informative. The only problem/incovencience was…we were excited to get the new car, however, we are both seni Finance employee was very patient and informative. The only problem/incovencience was…we were excited to get the new car, however, we are both seniors and are technically challenged. We were given the keys and a two pound volume of manuals. We expected someone to at least show us the basic operations, but we were sent on our way to research and experience our new experience on our own. We actually stoped on the driveway from the dealership to the loop to figure out how we could operate our car without getting run into and or running into someone else. We have purchase several vehicles in our human careers and NEVER were we sent out of a dealership to with the message go and defend for yourself. This is for what it’s worth and has no reflection on our satisfaction of our vehicle. We have now acquired a working knowledge of our car after spending hours in our driveway punching buttons and scouring through the manuals, in a trial and error method. More
