Dereck Poon was very helpful. I went in there thinking I would have to pay for a head light but he mentioned how warranty covered it. Antonio greated me with a friendly smile, very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Before paying, there were a few questions I had at the suggested service from the service team. Good service, relatively quick. They just need to improve scheduling system. They call to reschedule if they cannot accommodate your vehicle at the scheduled time, but really their They just need to improve scheduling system.
