Trying to get finance manager to cancel extended warranty on 2025 Toyota RAV4 Limited i purchased last December. I don't get any calls back and when I go into dealership they always say they are busy. So, I on 2025 Toyota RAV4 Limited i purchased last December. I don't get any calls back and when I go into dealership they always say they are busy. So, I went through their company sells the warranty and signed paperwork to cancel and they forwarded information to finance manager. Hopefully they will process soon. Not happy at all with finance department. Makes me not want to trade with this dealership ever again if you have go through this headache. More

Service writer called to make an appointment with me before my free maintenance ran out on my oil/filter & tire rotation. A good appointment was readily available. They got right on the job and did before my free maintenance ran out on my oil/filter & tire rotation. A good appointment was readily available. I was not happy that I was charged an extra $1,000 that was more than the agreed price. The reason given was tariffs. However I was not told that was what happened until they told me how much I owed and was more than the agreed price. The reason given was tariffs. After getting home and discussing with friends everyone agree that was not a good practice. I called that afternoon but could not get the finance manager The next morning he did call and got very irritated when I questioned overcharge. He had the sales manager call me which he did. He was very apologetic and said he would look over the sale and give me a call back. He did not and I called again yesterday and left him a message. Still no word. I also felt a little pressure to buy the extended warranty which I did. I now have buyers remorse and will look into cancelling that. I must say the salesman did a good job and I have no problem with him. More
