I had purchased a brand new 2015 corolla a month ago and opted for the key replacement add on. So I called the dealer on a saturday and they told me they could not help me untill monday because the service department was closed. So monday at 7am I called got connected to service gave my vin number and they said they would have a tow truck driver call me to get it towed to the dealer. 10am no word back so I called and the lady who answered rudely said they had no record of my call. I said ok well who do i talk to to give my vin number again so i can get this key? Then she said oh let me go check with service ... nope no one remembers talking to you...ok who did i give my vin to... she said i dont know who did you talk to... i didnt know...so she said well maybe it was parts.. sure enough she found the guy i talked to but said it was my responsibility to get the car to the dealership... so long story short its taken me 3 days and still no replacement key. This is my only car so thanks for the ruined weekend toyota! More
Lack of knowledge and zero customer service I have to take my corolla Toyota to get fix for a very noticeable jerking it does when it goes from 1st to 2nd gear. I called them and explained the I have to take my corolla Toyota to get fix for a very noticeable jerking it does when it goes from 1st to 2nd gear. I called them and explained the issue over the phone and the lady I talked to said that she was making notes. My husband had to take my car in for the appointment, there was a verbal misinterpretation of the issue, which is completely irrelevant due to the fact that the Toyota service for Toyota cars should be able to diagnose any issues with their special equipment specially made for Toyota cars. My husband was told that Toyota technician drove my car a couple times and did not notice an issues. So, they completed all the recalls the car had but did not bother to check it further. I think is very alarming that a so call Toyota technician drove my car and did not feel the strong jerking it does. I called them back the next morning and thanked them for fixing the recalls (which I had not asked for) and explained that the actual issues was not looked at. Instead of apologizing, I was immediately given the blame for their lack of knowledge of their own specialty. Further more, instead of offering to fix the problem right away I was told I had to reschedule and wait longer to take my car back. A few weeks before I called Toyota, I had taken my car to a mechanic who was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. Toyota service department should be embarrassed that they could not identify an issue that is very obvious. This Toyota service does not only lack knowledge of their own make of cars, they also lack customer service. And in all honesty, the busy schedule of the service department has only deter me from may be purchasing another Toyota in the future. Busy service department could only mean problem cars. More

Brock explained the work that needed to be done and how long it would take; later, explained what was actually done and asked if I had other questions. They kept the appointment on time. I'm 75y and not me long it would take; later, explained what was actually done and asked if I had other questions. They kept the appointment on time. I'm 75y and not mechanically gifted, but Brock talks to me, not down at me. He is professional and courteous. You really should give him a raise. More

Imagine my suprise when I get home and find I can get this belt for $284.00 cheaper through parts store. Your priceing is totally out of line> I told service rep that I will never buy parts from Toyota again. I feel you really stuck it to me, whith this move. Your are really stealing from me is the feeling I get. Very dissappointed in Toyota. Robert O Burton 309-369-2935 More

I was disappointed that the dealership could not repair the DC player which mysteriously stopped working and refused to eject 5 CDs. All they can do is send it away, they know not where, or how long it would take. Good luck getting the CDs back in that situation. And it's expensive. The dealership ought to be able to repair these. Google it and you'll find out this is a common problem. And why doesnt my registration with toyotaowners.com work with this site? More
